In 1994, while exploring how to meditate, I merged with something vast and all-encompassing, a force that I would later discover was The Absolute.

For years prior, I had felt a deep, exquisite longing, seeking this unification and frequently glimpsing it in my dreams. The Divine was seeking me, whispering to me, calling me home into stillness, back into the light to remember and feel the essence of who I am.

After returning from being immersed in the non-physical, I began having spontaneous conversations with ascended masters, guides, and my higher self as they taught me how to follow the guidance of my inner wisdom. It wasn’t till years later that I became aware the messages were from a non-physical realm called the Akashic and or Soul Records, able to guide us home, beyond our body, soul, and mind.

The messages from the records continued to be available despite several aspects of myself not being aligned with those more profound, expanded frequencies of the absolute. Attempting to make sense of what happened and needing to integrate these experiences with the outer world led to a decades-long, multi-faceted journey with many challenges.

I practiced healing modalities, sound vibration, somatic healing, hypnosis, chakra meditations, breathwork, mantras, and energy medicine, sitting with enlightened masters, practicing many forms of meditation. Each step led me closer to feeling more aligned and at peace.

Feeling more of a clear channel and at home within myself, I am grateful to now settle into the simplicity of sharing with you what comes through me naturally, effortlessly, and spontaneously—messages from the vast, all-encompassing playbook of your soul’s existence.
