Cancellation Policy:
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note that no refunds will be given for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. However, a refund will be issued if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Your refund will be processed and appear on your statement within 5-10 days.

Reschedules:
Clients may reschedule their appointments 48 hours in advance by using the link provided in their confirmation email.

No Shows:
If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the total amount for the reading. No refunds will be provided, and the appointment will not be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, the duration will be adjusted. For example, if you are 15 minutes late to a 45-minute session, your appointment will be shortened to 30 minutes. Additionally, the full session fee will still apply. I appreciate your understanding.

Session Length:
This is a 60-minute reading. If you decide to shorten or end the reading for any reason before the 60 minutes is up, you will still be charged for the full session. No refunds will be made.

Age:
By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are 18 or older.

Prepare for the Reading:
This is a client-guided reading. By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you know this and will prepare questions in advance that you want Susan to ask. Your questions are a catalyst for the reading.

Some clients come into the reading with a general idea of what they’d like to discuss rather than specific questions. If you feel confused and unsure of what to ask, Susan can help you explore the information further. Allow your intuition to guide you.

Your Soul Records are an infinite resource for your past, present, and future possibilities. Future possibilities are constantly fluctuating, and nothing is set in stone.

Susan cannot read someone else’s Records for you (this includes your child, partner, parent, etc.).
